Today marks a unique milestone in UNIX history. The timestamp (the representation of system time) reaches 1234567890, the number of seconds since the epoch (Jan 1, 1970).

Here in California, this occurs at exactly 3:31:30 pm. To celebrate this special occasion, the Snap team will have its traditional Snappy Hour today exactly at 9876543210!

On top of that, it's Friday the 13th. An auspicious day for the superstitious numerologists among us, for sure.

That's all very well but what if potential Snap users can't get their voices heard because everyone is hiding behind a very pretty blog, FAQ section or 'so called Help section'?

I have a question which I can't find an answer to - what do I do?

PS. Should anyone at Snap ever monitor this blog, my question is How do I use snap with my ning?
